TourGlow helps tour operators collect digital waivers, manage guest records, and send review follow-up messages. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect account information from operators, including names, email addresses, business details, location settings, uploaded logos, and team invitation details. When a guest signs a waiver, we collect the information submitted on the waiver form, including name, email, phone number, party size, emergency contact details, signature image, consent choices, IP address, user agent, timestamps, waiver version, and related audit events.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate TourGlow, display signed waiver records to the correct operator, maintain evidence of consent, send requested or consented messages, route review and private feedback flows, secure the service, prevent abuse, and support operators.

Messages

Guests receive review follow-up messages only when they provide contact information and opt in on the waiver form. SMS messages include opt-out language. System emails may be sent for account access, password reset, team invitations, and service notices.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, email, SMS, analytics, security, and payment providers. Operators can export their own waiver records.

Retention

Waiver and audit records may be retained by the operator for legal, safety, insurance, and operational reasons. Account and message records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use access controls, HTTPS, audit records, and operational safeguards designed to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
