Terms of Service
Last updated June 15, 2026.
These Terms govern access to TourGlow. By using TourGlow, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
Service
TourGlow provides software for digital waiver collection, guest rosters, audit records, review follow-up, private feedback, QR codes, and related operator workflows.
Operator Responsibilities
Operators are responsible for their waiver language, business information, review destination links, guests, staff access, message settings, and compliance with laws that apply to their business. TourGlow does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any waiver is enforceable.
Guest Records
Operators may collect guest information, signatures, consent choices, and evidence metadata through TourGlow. Operators are responsible for using and retaining those records lawfully.
Messaging
Operators must only send messages to guests who have provided appropriate consent and must honor opt-out requests. TourGlow may limit or suspend messaging that appears abusive, unlawful, or harmful to deliverability.
Accounts and Access
Operators are responsible for maintaining secure account credentials and inviting only appropriate team members. TourGlow may suspend access to protect the service or other users.
Availability
We work to keep TourGlow reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or events outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourGlow is provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
